I began playing the Celtic harp in 1995. I was surrounded by music in my formative years, and decided to focus on the Celtic harp after attending a concert given by Talia Rose. Soon after this experience, I met my first harp teacher Mary Anderson. I went on to study with Tina Tourin and others in the International Harp Therapy Program, completing this program in 1997.
My love of dance also finds expression in my choice and style of music. I weave together a variety of styles of music to create an elegant musical blend. Various genres represented within my repertoire include Traditional Irish, Scottish, English, Welsh, Christian, Jewish, seasonal, classical and modern pieces. The delightful tones of my Celtic harp music are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events.
"Emily played for our outdoor wedding service. The sounds of her harp music echoing through the trees where our guests were gathered created a lovely ambiance for those who came to support us as we made our vows."
